What are your rates?
Unfortunately, assignments come in many different forms. Asking us to remove a body mark on a photo is very different than designing a six page menu. Proofreading is different than creating a home page for a website. A listing of every different type of assignments would be several pages long and boring to read. We do have a special rate for minor work.
What I can do, is to give you a free no obligation quote. We will give you our assurance that we are not here to take you for all we can get. We believe we can make more money with positive referrals than trying to get all we can out of a single customer.
I just need a ‘little’ bit of help. Can I give you a few bucks for a few minutes worth of help.
Yes you can. We have a minor charge special. This is $50.00 for minor changes. We will gladly take a look at your design and see if the changes are minor.
Isn’t that a lot for just a minor change?
Average rates are $75.00 a hour with many having a minimum two hour change. You’re also paying for our knowledge and skill. Here’s a story to illustrate our price philosophy.

Who does all this work?
One of our partners does most of the graphic designs. Another partner does the writing. The partners will add input into all designs so you’ll have more years of experience. In some cases we will contact outside help who we feel are an asset to that assignment. Many times, we’ll do this because we feel they’ll do the work better. We are involved in all projects to ensure our work is high quality. We’ll never turn over an assignment and forget about it
What if I don’t like what your designs or writings?
All designs and writings get a free revision. After that we’ll do a revision at our discretion. We want you to tell others about our work so we’ll try harder to make you happy.
Do I need to pay a deposit? And do you take credit cards?
We ask for a 50% deposit to hold the spot in our calendar. We take all major credit cards and Paypal.
What if I find a cheaper price. Will you match their price?
Our prices are fair for both you and us. For the quality of work we produce our prices are very good. I’m sure you could find someone cheaper but that usually equally lesser quality or scam artists. There are thousands of design houses that use template programs to create designs. The end result is uninspired graphic design or boring writing that looks and feels the same.
How long do you take to do a project?
It depends on the project but we are good time managers. Tell us about the project,when you truly need it and we’ll give you a response within hours. If you need it right away, we can do it at an extra change.
Are there any jobs you won’t do?
We don’t do any assignment that has to do with the following: Hate Groups, Pornography, Harassment or anything illegal. This means we won’t be swapping faces in Photoshop for the upcoming divorce trial.
Who owns the finished work?
We never own the work. It’s either you or someone you’re acting for that owns the work. We would like to show off a copy to future clients. If you don’t want the work shown, we will honor all requests to refrain from showing it off to other people.
Do you make websites?
We can make graphics and writing for use within a website or make minor changes to existing websites. We know what works for websites. However, we are graphic designers, artists and writers. We don’t like creating a website from the ground up. We do understand how to work with web pages and give you graphics and text that will make your website better.
